By registering for the Creative Retreat in Nicaragua ("the Retreat"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payments

   • A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your spot in the Retreat.

   • Full payment must be received 30 days priorto the start of the Retreat. If full payment is not received by this date, your spot may be forfeited.

   • All payments are non-refundable after 10 days prior to the trip, except under the cancellation policy stated below.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   • Cancellations made 30 days before trip start date and will receive a refund minus the deposit.

   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 29 days leading up to start of trip date, or for failure to attend the Retreat for any reason.

   • If the Retreat is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer the funds to a future retreat.

3. Travel and Insurance

   • Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel , which includes flights. Tranportation upon arrival will be provided.

   • We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip cancellation, or interruption.

   • The organizers are not responsible for any expenses or losses incurred due to missed or delayed flights, personal illness, or injury.

4. Health and Safety

   • Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being throughout the Retreat. It is advised to consult a physician before participating if you have any medical conditions.

   • The organizers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the Retreat.

   • All participants must inform the organizers of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions prior to the Retreat.

5. Conduct

   • The Retreat aims to create a positive, inclusive environment for all participants. Discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

   • The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this policy without refund.

6. Photography and Media

   • By attending the Retreat, participants agree to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. The organizers retain the rights to use such media in future marketing materials.

   • If you do not wish to be included in photos or videos, please notify the organizers in advance.

7. Changes to the Program

   • The Retreat itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or speaker availability. The organizers will do their best to provide a comparable experience in the event of any changes.

8. Liability

   • The organizers shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property or for any financial or other consequential loss suffered by participants.

   • Participation in the Retreat is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert country/state]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [insert location].
